20 Minute Pilates Ball Workout
Hi Pilates Lovers!!
This workout is a 20 minute intermediate Pilates Ball workout. The Pilates ball is a really handy tool for Pilates as it adds resistance, variety, and when balancing or leaning on the ball it forces you to use deeper core stabilising muscles to balance and maintain posture. Connecting to these deeper core muscles can be difficult without the right tools - this workout will help you get there!
This is a strong abdominal workout, and if you're doing it properly you'll feel the burn!! Which means it's working :)
If you don't have a ball you can buy one online, or from your local sports shop. Otherwise you can use a small cushion.
