10 Minutes to Toned Arms!

Hi Pilates Lovers!!

I get heaps of questions about my arms, and alot of people seem to think that I lift heavy weights to get definition, but I don't! I hardly ever lift weights, and when I do it's usually just my body weight, or light free weights.

The trick is in the technique, and the reps. With excellent technique, and high repetition I get great results!

Don't get me wrong, many people have fantastic results with heavy weightlifting! But it can be daunting if you're not familiar with weight training, and unless you have a professional assisting with your technique, it can all too often end up in a nasty injury. At my age, and with my lifestyle, I enjoy having some lightweights at home or in the back of my car that I can grab at any time.

This workout is only 10 minutes, and can be added onto the end of a cardio workout, or another Pilates workout. If you're feeling strong throughout this one, you can repeat the workout and turn it into a 20 minute arm set. I'd recommend doing this one at least twice a week to tone up arms, shoulders and back.

As always, please let me know if you have any questions - and enjoy!

Love,

Ange xx
