3 Minute Ab Blitz - No Excuses Here!!

I start this video saying that this will be a 5 minute workout, but it actually ended up being just 3 MINUTES!

I decided to do some short, but effective workouts because so many people tell me they don't have time to exercise. I completely understand the time pressures that come with work, parenting and the general fast pace of modern life. I'm a working mom of two and I have been there! But I can't begin to tell you how important it is to make the time to build up your strength.

If you can give yourself even a couple of minutes every day, and slowly build up your core strength all your other daily tasks and responsibilities will become EASIER!

Daily exercise and movement assists with concentration, stress relief, increased energy levels, mood and increased strength helps with posture, stamina and longevity.

So, it goes without saying MAKE TIME TO EXERCISE!

This video is a super speedy 3 minute ab routine, depending on your level of fitness I would recommend doing this a few times and increase the reps as you build up your strength. Alternatively you can add this onto the end of a cardio workout or one of my full 30 minute workouts.

I know you can all find a spare 3 minutes on your day!
